Lost 41 lbs
1½ years ago, I finally had enough of being overweight and was determined to make a change. The one thing I can control in life is what I eat and how food affects my weight. Thanks to Diet Doctors and their help I’ve been able to achieve my weight loss goals.
My experience with Diet Doctors and their staff:
Dr. Phillips and the Team of physicians, nurse practitioners and nurses are very helpful and encouraging. Their guidance was crucial to my success.
What motivated me to lose weight?
One night I was out with friends and we took pictures. When I saw myself in these pictures I realized that my weight had gotten out of control, and that I needed to do something about it.
What were/are my biggest challenges?
Eating after 7 p.m. was something I did regularly - changing that habit was quite challenging.
Special tip(s) I would like to share:
Conquering my biggest challenge contributed to dropping the pounds. I do not eat after 7 p.m. anymore, and I eat breakfast after 10 a.m.. This 15-hour fast greatly supports the weight loss effort. Go easy on sugar - no sugar at all is best; and avoid bread and bread-like foods.
