When I first came to see Dr. Colleen Phillips I weighed 193 lbs, had tried every diet out there and seen no results.
During my first week on Colleen's diet plan, I lost 7 pounds. Two weeks later, I had lost another 10 pounds. I knew, I had just found the best diet plan in the world. I was the happiest I had been in years and I don't know, what I would have done without Diet Doctors.
My journey has just begun - I even moved across from Diet Doctors to stay on top of my weight loss goals. To this day, I have consistently lost weight every week.

What motivated me to lose weight?
Being overweight, I could not keep up with my daughter anymore. I was always tired and could never fit into any clothes.
What were/are my biggest challenges?
I honestly did not have any challenges. The diet plan was easy to follow and seeing results keeps me motivated.
