Lost 26.5 lbs
I exercise every day, I run and I follow an intense work out by watching videos on TV. I also eat with moderation, but was never able to lose any weight at all. That's until my wife discovered Diet Doctors and Dr. Phillips' proven diet program. We both decided to give it a try and to our amazement and surprise, and after only two weeks, I had lost 15 lbs, my wife had lost 10 lbs!

What motivated me to lose weight?
My triglycerides are high, and I wanted to gain self-confidence.
What were/are my biggest challenges?
I always drink soda or juice with my meals and snacks. I also eat meat with rice all the time. But ever since I began following Diet Doctors' diet plan I do not crave these foods anymore.
